zapasy na zimę (stocking up with food for the winter)

Zdążyłam.  Za oknem już prawie zima, pora roku której ogólnie nie lubię. Jednak świadomość, że w spiżarni mam własnoręcznie zrobione przetwory, sprawia, że czuję się bezpiecznie. Mój ogródek w takim stanie został już tylko na zdjęciach. A ja znowu robię plany co posadzę w nim już wczesną wiosną.

I managed. When I look through the window, there is almost winter, the season which does not quite appeal to me. However, the fact that my larder is fool of homemade preserves makes me feel safe. The state of my garden looks this way only in the photos. And I`ve been making plans what to grow in it next spring.

To widok na ogród z tyłu domu, jeszcze nie zagospodarowany w całości, bo ogrodzenie będzie dopiero wiosną. Bez niego sarenki czują się w moim ogrodzie jak w domu. Nawet nie uciekają kiedy przychodzę.

This is the view of the garden at the back of my home-to-be. It hasn`t been fully arranged yet as the fence is going to be made in spring. Now, without it the deer feel at home there. They don`t even run away when I`m coming.

Nasz domek ma już okna.
